Meta recommends that clients have their own business portfolio and then assign TWP access as a partner.

To assign TWP access as a partner:

  1. 1Log in to Meta Business Suite.
  2. 2Go to Settings.
  3. 3Under Users, click Partners.
  4. 4Click Select Give a partner access to your assets.
  5. 5Enter the Partner Business ID: 177628397466925
  6. 6Click Next.
  7. 7Select the assets you'd like to share and assign the appropriate permissions.
  8. 8Click Save Changes.

Add TWP to your Tag Manager account:

  1. 1Click Admin.
  2. 2In the Account column, select User Management.
  3. 3Click the + icon.
  4. 4Select Add new users.
  5. 5Enter the email address [email protected].
  6. 6Set Account Permissions — User is selected by default and allows the user to view basic account information. Select Administrator if the user should have the ability to create new containers and modify user permissions.
  7. 7(Optional) Set Container Permissions for each container you'd like the user to access.
  8. 8Click Invite. We will receive an invitation to use the container.

To add TWP to an account/property/view:

  1. 1Sign in to Google Analytics.
  2. 2Click Admin, and navigate to the desired account/property/view.
  3. 3In the Account, Property, or View column, click User Management.
  4. 4In the Account permissions list, click + then click Add users.
  5. 5Enter the email address [email protected].
  6. 6Select Notify new users by email to send a message to us.
  7. 7Select the permissions you want.
  8. 8Click Add.

LinkedIn recommends using Business Manager partner access when sharing assets with an agency.

  1. 1Log in to LinkedIn Business Manager.
  2. 2Click Partners in the left-hand menu.

  4. 4Add TWP as a partner.

To share your ad account:

  1. 1In Business Manager, go to Partners.
  2. 2Select TWP.
  3. 3Click Share ad accounts.
  4. 4Select the ad account(s) you want to share.
  5. 5Assign the appropriate role.
  6. 6Click Share.

To share your LinkedIn Page:

  1. 1In Business Manager, go to Partners.
  2. 2Select TWP.
  3. 3Click Share Pages.
  4. 4Select the Page(s) you want to share.
  5. 5Assign the appropriate role.
  6. 6Click Share.

TikTok recommends using Business Center to share advertising access with partners.

Step 1 — Add TWP as a partner

  1. 1Log in to your TikTok Business Center.
  2. 2In the left-hand menu, click Partners.
  3. 3Click Add partner.
  4. 4Enter TWP's Business Center ID — contact us for the current ID.
  5. 5Confirm.

Step 2 — Assign assets to TWP

  1. 1In Business Center, go to Partners.
  2. 2Select TWP.
  3. 3Choose to assign accounts or assets.
  4. 4Select the items you want to share.
  5. 5Assign permissions and confirm.

For Pixel access:

  1. 1Go to Assets.
  2. 2Click Pixel.
  3. 3Select the Pixel.
  4. 4Open the Partners tab.
  5. 5Click Add Partner.
  6. 6Enter TWP's Business Center ID and confirm.

Please assign:

TikTok Ad AccountTikTok Pixel / EventsTikTok Account access for Spark Ads (if applicable)

Realize access is typically managed directly by Taboola support or your Account Manager rather than through a self-serve partner access flow.

To grant TWP access:

  1. 1Log in to your Realize / Taboola account.
  2. 2Contact your Taboola Account Manager and request that TWP be added as a user on the account.
  3. 3If you do not have an Account Manager, use live chat in Realize or contact Taboola Support.
  4. 4Provide: your company / account name, TWP user name, and TWP email address: [email protected].
  5. 5Confirm once access has been granted.

  6. 6Send the partner invitation.

To share the required assets with TWP:

  1. 1In Business Manager, go to Partners.
  2. 2Select TWP.
  3. 3Share the appropriate profile(s) with TWP.
  4. 4Assign the shared profile to the relevant ad account.
  5. 5Confirm the appropriate permissions.

  2. 2Go to User Management (in the account settings / accounts & billing area).

  7. 7Let us know once it's sent — we'll accept and confirm access.
